Stacy was the key to us fulfilling a 20 year dream to purchase a lake home up north. Once we got serious about purchasing, we simply provided Stacy with some criteria and she remained diligent and kept us informed of listings. We received a listing from Stacy on a Saturday and she was available to meet with us on Sunday to visit what would become a wonderful retreat for our family. Before, during and after the transaction, Stacy was always very friendly, thoughtful and helpful through the entire process. I felt the agency was holding itself to a higher standard. I'm happy to say that Matt definitely lived up to that. He went more than "the extra mile." From prompt communication and frequent updates to coordinating a roof repair & furnace repair at the last minute. I couldn't have asked for better service. With the help of her husband, Stacy spruced-up the property and staged it so that it looked inviting, clean and uncluttered.
