My wife, Shari, and I have lived in Hayward since 1980. We owned and operated funeral homes in Hayward and Spooner until 1997 when we had the opportunity to make a change in lifestyle. Woodland Developments & Realty was started in 1999 in our home on Grindstone Lake.

In 2003, the need for an office in town prompted the development of the Woodland Court office complex on Railroad Street. Our personal service to families through the funeral homes and my community involvement laid the groundwork that has carried over into my current real estate career.

I am blessed to have a wonderful support team and work with clients who I truly consider friends. My experiences as an owner of several different businesses and having worked in corporate development and acquisitions, as well as real estate development and sales, gives me added knowledge and expertise.
